The Vault started with a simple observation: Bozeman deserved a space that didn't force you to choose between a great cup of coffee and a properly made cocktail. So we built one.
Tucked into the heart of downtown on East Main Street, our café opens its doors at 10 each morning — pour-overs, espresso drinks, and pastries from local bakers. As the light shifts and the evening crowd arrives, the room settles into something warmer, slower. The cocktails come out. The music softens. The vault opens.
We believe in ingredients you can name, techniques you can see, and hospitality that feels genuine rather than rehearsed. It's the kind of place that becomes part of your routine — and then part of your story.
